FishingGearDeals.com non partner purchases are completed through paypal, which secures your privacy as well as your security. Through encryption of your personal information you can rest assured that this is the safest way to buy online. You can pay through a credit card, bank account transfer or other forms of payment through the use of paypal.

Warranty Policy
FishingGearDeals.com guarantee purchases against manufacturing defect for 30 days from the date of purchase (see "Return Policy"). We make no warranties, express or implied, beyond this period, unless otherwise specifically and expressly stated. Further warranty may be offered by the product manufacturer. For warranty information on a particular item or to obtain warranty parts/service on an item (if applicable) please contact the item manufacturer.
Return Policies:
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt of the purchase. Returns for refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee (based on the purchase price of the merchandise). Original shipping/handling paid is non-refundable and return shipping costs are your responsibility. We recommend using a shipper that provides tracking information. All shipping regulations by the actual shipper need to be followed. We recommend you check with your shipper to find out their policies.
All returns must be authorized by FishingGearDeals.com. Please contact us at return@wisedeals.net in order to receive authorization.
Order cancellations:
If you do not wish to complete a purchase, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to cancel your purchase prior to the package being shipped, but cannot guarantee that the order will be stopped in time. If an order has already shipped, simply refuse the package when it arrives or return the package to sender if the courier delivers the package. Shipping/handling paid is non-refundable on order cancellations. Order cancellations may also be subject to cancellation fee of 15% of the item value.
Shipping
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 48-72 hours of receipt of your payment. However, this is not a guaranteed timeframe. Sometimes, orders are shipped out after our usual 48-72 hour period. Average time of arrival is 5-7 business days for domestic shipments by UPS Ground. Some items can not be shipped to
Stock
Products are in stock and ready to ship the majority of the time. FishingGearDeals.com will do our best to keep inventory high. However, there are occasions that the product you ordered will be out of stock. If this is to occur, you will be given the option to accept shipment when the item has been restocked (approximate stock time frames will be provided), or request an immediate refund which we will provide to you through Paypal.
